Arts East Texas The Cultural Connection is a new association formed in the fall of 2004. It is made up of member organizations interested in promoting the cultural arts of the East Texas region. Mission Statement To build awareness of and participation in the arts and culture of the region. Vision Statement To be recognized as a model of effective collaboration that enriches the quality of life in and contributes to the economic growth of East Texas. The Tyler Museum of Art is proud to be a founding member of Arts East Texas. More information about the organization is available on the web site www.ArtsEastTexas.com.
