Tyler Art Instructors Exhibition April 8–30, 2006 
Nearly every artist has had a teacher who inspired and guided them as they developed their own individual style. As a complement to the Annual High School Art Exhibition, the TMA has invited local art teachers to participate in a juried exhibition that will be presented in April. Kentaro Tomio, curator, Dana Sperry, curatorial assistant, and Bob Thompson, head of education, will select the work to be showcased in what we believe will be an eye-opening presentation of art created by men and women who chose to pursue art – and teaching – as their professional careers.
Tyler Art Instructors Exhibition is organized by the Tyler Museum of Art.
