The Tyler Museum of Art will host a special day for families and friends on Sunday, October 26 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. "Visit Paris through the Eyes of Edward Hopper" is themed around the exhibition Edward Hopper: The Paris Years. There will be a variety of hands-on art activities, an artist demonstration from 2:30 to 3:15 by Tammie Dubose, and a treasure hunt for kids. There is a special reduced admission charge of $5.00 for families to view the Edward Hopper exhibition and participate in the treasure hunt. (The $5.00 charge admits the entire family.) All other activities and refreshments are free. Two other exhibitions on display, Luis Jimenez: Line, Form and Energy and Neighbors: Texas Artists in New Mexico, are also free.
